Poetry Competition

We are excited to announce a poetry competition to help raise awareness about sickle cell disease and the REDRESS study. We are inviting poets of all levels to submit a poem with a maximum of 50 words on the topic of sickle cell disease. The winning poet will receive a £50 Amazon voucher!

The competition closes on 14 May 2023, so be sure to submit your entry to REDRESS@kcl.ac.uk by then. The winner will be announced on the day of the Launch Event, where they will be presented with their prize.

We encourage everyone to get involved in this opportunity to express themselves and help raise awareness about sickle cell disease. Your poem can help others understand the impact of this genetic blood disorder and the importance of finding new treatments.
