Upcoming Launch
We are pleased to invite you to join us for the REDRESS study Launch Event, scheduled for 10am, Saturday 20 May 2023. This will take place at the Robens Suite, on the 29th Floor of Guy’s Hospital, London. A stone’s throw from London Bridge. The event promises to be an exciting and informative gathering, featuring a range of talks, entertainment, a Q&A panel discussion, and even a poetry competition.
The REDRESS study is a significant milestone in our efforts to combat sickle cell disease, and we are eager to engage with patients, families, and interested parties in our community to raise awareness about the study and its potential impact. The event will feature a range of talks, including the science behind sickle cell disease, the aims of the REDRESS study, and the potential impact on patients and their families. You will have the opportunity to hear from leading researchers and medical professionals in the field, and engage in discussions and Q&A sessions.
We are also excited to offer entertainment and a poetry competition as part of the event, A hot lunch with a West African and Caribbean menu will be provided, allowing attendees to enjoy a delicious meal while networking and socializing with others who share an interest in this field.
To secure your place at the REDRESS study Launch Event, we ask for a £5 deposit which will be refunded on the day, so please remember to visit the registration desk on arrival. Early registration is encouraged!
